Weekly Classes
For Runners (and Non-Runners)


Due to a shedule change there is no Yoga for Runners weekly class in London, although it may reprise at Triyoga in Soho later in  2008!  There will be future London workshops so please send an email to receive a bulletin about those or to enquire about one-to-one yoga.  For private training, please visit that section of this site.

Laura Denham-Jones is teaching the following general classes over the next few months:

Summer Yoga Series  --  Week commencing June 16th 2008 for 8 weeks.  Cost £64
New students can try the first or second class of term for free before deciding to commit.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Yoga Slow
A relaxed, reflective class, offering the opportunity to move slowly towards stillness, calming the mind and releasing tension in the body.  A chance to learn about physical alignment, use of breath, inner focus and the benefits of the postures.  Suitable for both beginners and experienced students.

Yoga Flow
An envigorating dynamic class, structured around a sequence of fluid, flowing poses to awaken and channel your inner energy, revitalize the body and mind.  Typically we will practice sun salutions, a series of yoga postures repeated several times as a warm up, then standing, balancing, seated and inverted postures (optional shoulder stands and head stands) followed by deep relaxion.  Suitable for more experienced students and those in good general health.
