CLASS INFORMATION

Winter Yoga Series  --  Mondays 6:30-7:30pm    November 24th '08-February 2nd '09
(No class Monday Dec 22nd, 29th or Jan 5th)
Cost £72 for 8 class pass to be used before Feb 2 '09
New students can try the first or second class of term for free before deciding to commit!

CLASS DESCRIPTION
Yoga Slow

A relaxed, reflective class, offering the opportunity to move slowly towards stillness, calming the mind and releasing tension in the body.  A chance to learn about physical alignment, use of breath, inner focus and the benefits of the postures.  Suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
